1.What is a hair toupee?
Toupee are natural-looking hair piece that you can secure on your head to blend in with your own hair. Toupee are good for coverage on one targeted area of the head. They are smaller and lighter than wigs and you don't have to wear a wig cap or hide your existing hair when you wear them.

2. How long do hair systemlast?

Usually the lifespan is about 2-6 months of good conditions.The basic material plays an important role in determining the life of the new hair systems.Different bases have different durability.Typically, mono hair systems have the longest lifespan of up to 6-7 months, followed by lace and skin hair systems. Full French lace hair systems can usually last around 3 months, as opposed to 2 months for full Swiss lace ones. As for skin hair systems, those with a thicker base generally have a longer lifespan. For example, thin skin hair systems with a 0.03mm base can only be worn for 1-2monthS or so, while 0.1mm、0.12mm skin hair systems can last for 6 months in most cases.

3.What are the advantages of different hair systems?
Skin hair system has the most natural hairline. The hair on the base is v-looped, so it is knot free, keeps the most authentic appearance, and is easy to clean and attach. It can be worn and cleaned at home. Because it is very thin, it has low density of bearing hair, so it is very light.
Lace hair system is the most comfortable. It's soft and breathable. It's suitable for hot weather or work with a lot of exercise. It won't hurt your skin on the top of your head. The bleached knot is used at the front of the base to keep your real hairline.
Mono hair system is the most durable. It is breathable and strong. It can carry a large density of hair, so it is relatively heavy. It is usually combined with a large area of NPU to ensure that it adheres firmly and has a front hairline that cannot be explored.

4.Can I sleep with my hair system on?

Definitely YES. You can probably do anything with it. However, chlorine in pools can be harmful to the hair and make the hair drier. So, we recommend you deep condition the hair after you go swimming to help refresh the hair.

5.How should I care for my hair system?

>Use a paddle brush. Always start brushing from the bottom of the hair and gently work your way up. Avoid combing the hair when it’s wet as the knots can loosen over time.

>Taking good care of your hair system by washing it correctly can help it to last longer. Depending on how often you wear a toupee determines how often you will need to wash it. For daily use, we recommend you wash it every 2-4 weeks, depending on your level of activity.

After receiving the hair system, if you find any problems or are not satisfied with the hair system,as long as the item has not been used or altered in any way,you have 30 days to send the order back to us for either a full refund or exchange.If you have asked us to make any changes to the hair replacement system before shipment, such as custom order, the product cannot be refunded.
