How to use

The front panel switch is used to select the mode. When it is in the TUNE position, the standing wave indicator circuit is accessed. When the transmitter is transmitting, the brighter the LED, the higher the standing wave. Two capacitor controls are used to adjust the matching. The rear switch sets the antenna impedance.

Note: It is essential to check the standing wave before transmitting, otherwise the ORP transmitter without high standing wave protection may burn out.
Note: If quick tuning is not possible, use a network analyser for debugging. At this stage the mode switch should be set to WORK.
Note: This tuner is for ORP only. Excessive power can cause components to burn out.

Processing Instructions for L2 (Coil L2 Winding):

The 2024 version of the circuit board has been updated and optimized. In the original circuit diagram, positions 8/34 and 16/34 were short-circuited. These two solder joints have now been removed. In the new optimized circuit board, 8/34 and 16/34 each remain as single solder points.

L1 has three enameled wires (4 turns, 16 turns, 34 turns), none of which need to be trimmed.

Assembly Recommendations:

The 34-turn wire should also remain untrimmed. Wind it directly from 1/34 for 34 turns to 34/34.

At positions 8/34 and 16/34, bridge a wire connection for soldering (use a blade to gently scrape and remove the enamel coating to ensure proper copper exposure).

Note: Ensure all connections are secure and comply with the updated circuit design.
