Product Overview

The column-type load sensor is designed based on the resistance strain principle and is widely applicable to large-tonnage weighing and force measurement scenarios, such as electronic truck scales, rail scales, material tanks, pressure testing machines, etc. The measurement range is wide, from 5 tons to 100 tons, meeting the needs of different industries.

Technical characteristics

It has strong overload resistance (safe overload up to 120%) and supports wide-temperature operation (-30℃ to +70℃). Made of alloy steel, it combines strength and corrosion resistance. It is protected by IP67 sealing and can adapt to harsh environments.

Structure and Signal Output

The column structure is compactly designed and easy to install, providing multiple output methods: standard analog signal (2.0mV/V±0.2%), 4-20mA or 0-10V digital signal (with converter required). The wiring method is uniform, for example, red/black represents the positive and negative of the power supply, and green/white represents the positive and negative of the output, with strong compatibility.
