The baffle water flow switch uses the magnetic repulsion of a pair of permanent magnet floats and the impact force of the water flow to interact, with the reed tube output switch signal (0/1), and relies on the repulsion between the permanent magnets to recover position, which is more stable and reliable than the mechanical spring, with longer service life and smaller starting flow rate. All copper material, the maximum pressure is 1.5Mpa, the water temperature is within 100°C, for water and gas, can be installed in any direction, the horizontal direction is the best. The water flow switch is used with the intermediate relay in use, and it must not be directly connected to the high voltage circuit for safety.

Matters needing attention

1. Do not connect the above water flow switch directly to the high voltage circuit in use, please use with the intermediate relay, and install the filter net when using, to avoid the magnetic float of the water flow switch being stuck;

2. Can not be installed in the shaking and vibration environment to prevent the water flow switch from misoperation;

3. Can not be used in a strong magnetic environment, so as not to make the water flow switch fail;

4. The water flow switch is a precision instrument, do not disassemble it without authorization to prevent damage to the water flow switch, and the water flow switch that has been disassembled without authorization is not within the scope of our warranty.

5. If there is any confusion in the selection process, please consult our sales staff. Please carefully read the technical parameters and wiring circuit diagram of the water flow switch before the actual installation and use of the water flow switch.
