4-20mA control method

As shown in the diagram, it can accept 4-20mA analog signals fromtemperature control meters and other devices, and the input impedanceof the 4-20mA terminal relative to the COM terminal inside the module250Ω

0-10mA control method

As shown in the diagram, a 500Ω,1/2W resistor must be connected between the0-5V terminal of the module and the COM terminal when the input OmA correspondsto the0-5V terminal for 0Vdc, and when the input 10mA corresponds to the 0-5Vterminal for 5Vdc.

0-5Vdc control method

As shown in the figure, it can accept 0-5Vdc analog signal input frommicrocontroller and other devices to control the positive terminal toconnect 0-5V terminal and negative terminal to connect COM terminaand the input impedance of 0-5V terminal relative to COM terminalinside the module is more than 30KΩ.

0-10Vdc control method

As shown in the diagram, it can accept 0-10Vdc analog signals fromPLC and other devices, and the input impedance of the 0-10V terminalrelative to the COM terminal inside the module is more than 15KΩ Whenusing this method, the +5V terminal and the COM terminal are shortedand the 0-10Vdc control signals are borrowed from the 0-5V terminalto enter the module.

potentiometers control method

As shown in the diagram, the adjustable end of the potentiometer isconnected to the 0-5V terminal of the module, and the other twoends of the potentiometer are connected to the COM terminal and +5Vterminal of the module. When the adjustable terminal is changed from0-5Vdc, the voltage on the AC load is linearly adjustable from 0 volts tothe maximum value, the higher the voltage on the adjustable terminal,the higher the output of the block. The +5V voltage is generatedinternally by the module itself and does not need to be suppliedexternally. The +5V is only used with the hand-controlled potentiometernot for other purposes, and the selected potentiometer resistance valueis 10KΩ
