 Because each branch is too long, we bend them for packaging. Please straighten the product when you  receive it! Will not affect the appearance! Maybe a few little flowers are going to fall and just stick in the branches. That's it! Please read carefully and think about it before shopping.

1. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after a clear payment.

2. Items will be sent to the address on your Escrow, please make sure it is correct. And if you want  to change your address, please contact us before your payment.

3. If NOT receiveed within 4 weeks, please contact us for help.

4. Normally, parcels will be sent by China post Air Mail, which will take 15-25 working days depending on countries, weather condition, festival holidays and so on. If you need items in hurry, please contact us for another delivery method (as below ), which needs EXTRA FEE.
