1. What to do if there is water inside your watch?
If you notice condensation or water inside your watch, immediately unscrew/open the crown and place the watch upside down. You can help remove moisture by:

Gently warming it with a desk lamp or hair dryer on a low setting (avoid excessive heat).

Placing the watch in a dry environment such as a sealed container with rice or a moisture-absorbing pack.

After drying, please contact our customer service team for further inspection. Prompt attention is important to prevent internal damage.

2. Special Note on Automatic Watches
Automatic watches rely on the natural movement of your wrist to generate power. For accurate timekeeping, wear your watch at least 8 hours per day.

All our automatic watches also support hand-winding:

Without a screw-down crown: Turn the crown clockwise about 15 times.

With a screw-down crown: Unscrew the crown first, turn it clockwise about 15 times, then securely screw it back in before use.

3. Warnings & Care

Do not adjust the day, date, or month when the time is between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM, as this may damage the movement.

Keep your watch away from strong magnetic fields (TVs, computers, speakers).

Avoid severe shocks or high-intensity sports while wearing your watch. Mechanical movements contain delicate parts that may be affected by vibrations.

Return Policy

If the product you receive is significantly different from the description or has major defects, we will accept returns and cover the return shipping costs.
