Product Description
This rain gauge is basically a self-emptying tipping bucket. Rain is collected and flowed into the bucket. Once enough rainwater has been collected, the bucket will tip over, the water will drain out from the base, and the opposite bucket will come up into position.
The magnet inside the Balanced triangular device can make the reed switch turn-on, resulting in pulse output.
According to the times of the reed switch is turned on to calculate rainfall.

1 pulse = 0.3mm= 0.012 inch

Application:
It is the spare part (rain meter) for the professional weather station, connection to the professional weather station.
Remark:
It is designed for our weather station, we are not sure it can fit for other weather station.
