The SV503 102ED only supports the use of 1.25" filters. Please note that it will not work with 2" filters or other filter sizes. Please be sure to confirm the size when purchasing filters.

For guiding is used an sv165/sv305c

Author:AshyThese are nearby (only about 4000 light years away) large emission and reflection nebulae, with the red colors given mostly by ionized Hydrogen and the green/blue tones coming from ionized Oxygen. Embedded within the nebulae are large clusters of bright stars.

SV503 80mm ED refractor with 0.8x reducer on Celestron AVX mount, Risingcam Sony IMX571 26Mp cooled color camera.

Total exposure time 45min, 30sec subs. Natural colors (no filters).

No guiding, no gadgets, optical polar alignment, manual focus with Bahtinov mask. Images stacked in DSS (free) and edited in Siril (free) and Gimp (free). No added, removed, re-colored, shrunk or re-shaped stars.
