Designed for level detection of high-viscosity liquids such as glue, lubricating oil/grease, and ink
Capacitive detection: Determine whether there is liquid and distinguish liquid by detecting the size of the liquid's capacitance.
Conical head anti-hanging liquid design: whether it is installed straight or side-mounted, it reduces the appearance of hanging liquid on the inspection machine head as much as possible
Ingenious design: the head is made of PEEK, the shell is 316 stainless steel, and has good anti-corrosion ability: 1/2
Pipe end pattern design, easy installation, can be directly connected with the pipe tee: the tapered head is seamlessly connected with the stainless steel shell, multiple sealing protection, the tail fluorine rubber sealing ring, so that it can meet the requirements of high pressure resistance and high sealing; it can resist 2 MPa pressure.
Special circuit design: Even if there are liquid residues, bubbles, and ignorance in the probe part, the appearance of false signals can be regulated by adjusting the sensitivity.
