Troubleshooting Guide

If your card reader isn't working, here are two common causes and quick solutions:

For iPhone Users: No pop-up will appear when connected. Open the Files app → tap "My iPhone" → you'll see a new drive. Tap to access your memory card.

For Android Users: If your phone supports OTG but the reader doesn’t work, go to Settings and enable OTG. Then reconnect the card reader.
