The ADS8681 is a high-performance, single-channel, 16-bit Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADC module. It integrates a precision SAR ADC core, an analog front-end (AFE) driver, ±20V overvoltage protection, and a stable 4.096V on-chip reference. Operating from a single +5V supply, it offers software-selectable unipolar and bipolar input ranges with high input impedance (≥1MΩ), delivering reliable 16-bit accuracy at 1 MSPS. With terminal block and SMA input options, this module is ideal for demanding applications such as sensor signal acquisition, data acquisition systems, semiconductor testing, and servo drive control.
