Three interfaces: MICRO MINI TYPE-C
You can directly use the mobile phone charger to do the input to charge the lithium battery,
And still retain the input voltage wiring solder joints, can be very convenient DIY
Input voltage: 5V
Charge cut-off voltage: 4.2V ± 1%
Large charging current: 1000mA
Battery over discharge protection voltage: 2.5V
Battery overcurrent protection current: 3A

Usage method:

Attention: When connecting the battery for the first time, there may be no voltage output between OUT+and OUT -. At this time, connecting 5V voltage to charge can activate the protection circuit. If the battery is short circuited from B+B - and then connected, it also needs to be charged to activate the protection circuit. When using a mobile phone charger as an input, it is important to note that the charger must be able to output 1A or above, otherwise it may not charge properly. The TYPEC USB socket and the+- pad next to it are the power input terminals, connected to 5V voltage. B+is connected to the positive pole of the lithium battery, and B - is connected to the negative pole of the lithium battery. OUT+and OUT - are connected to loads, such as the positive and negative poles of a mobile boost board or other loads. Connect the battery to B+B -, insert the phone charger into the USB socket, the red light is on to indicate charging, and the blue light is on to indicate full charge.

Product introduction:
Charging protection, prevent battery overcharge and over discharge, and automatically control the charging current to better protect the battery; type-c female interface, retaining input voltage solder joints, convenient DIY.
Product parameters:
  • Input voltage: 4.5V-5V

  • Maximum charging current: 1000mA

  • Charge cut-off voltage: 4.2V soil 1%

  • Battery over-discharge protection voltage: 2.5V/3A

  • Board size: 2.8cm*1.7cm

Instructions:
The type-c female and its adjacent + -  Pad  are the power input terminal, connected to the 5V input voltage, B+ is connected to the lithium battery positive plate, and B- is connected to the lithium battery negative electrode. OUT+, OUT- are connected to the load, such as the booster board. Connect the battery to B+, B-, insert the mobile phone charger to the USB light, it indicates that there is a red light flashing, indicating that it is charging. When the charge is full, the light stops flashing and turns solid. The load can be connected at OUT+ and OUT-, and the red light is always on after the load is connected. When there is power at the input, the current is obtained from the output of the power supply. If there is no power supply, the current is obtained from the battery. When the battery voltage is lower than 2.5V, the output is automatically turned off.
Precautions:
When the battery is connected for the first time, there may be no voltage output at the OUT terminal. It is necessary to connect 5V to the power input terminal to activate the protection circuit. When using the mobile phone charger to supply power, it must be able to output more than 1A, otherwise it may not be able to charge properly.

Instructions:
Note:   When the battery is connected for the first time, there may be no voltage output between OUT+ and OUT-. At this time, the protection circuit can be activated by connecting the 5V voltage to the power-off.
The battery is connected from B+ B: if it is short-circuited and then connected, it needs to be charged-powered to activate the protection circuit. Current regulation:

Application range:

This module is used for single-cell lithium battery or multi-section parallel lithium battery charging port to take power from USB.
Instructions / Precautions:
  • The ammeter of the test current can only be connected in series to the 5V input of the charging board.

  • The charging current is preferably 0.37C of the battery capacity, which is 0.37 times the capacity. For example, the battery charging current of 1000mAH is enough. If the charging speed is too high, the effect will be poor. If the battery voltage is over, it will be more!

  • The charging connection wire should not be too thin or too long. This connection has a large resistance. If it is too thin, it will be more than the battery voltage.

  • It is best to have good contact with the battery. Otherwise, the battery voltage will be washed off.

  • If the input voltage of 5V is high, such as 5.2 or even 5.5, it will cause the charging current to be less than 000om. This is normal. When the voltage is high, the chip will automatically reduce the charging current, and the chip will not burn out. It is normal for the chip to heat up to about 60 degrees in the work. After all, the charging current is large.

  • Input reverse connection has no effect on the chip, but the output (battery end) will reverse the chip, please pay attention to the buyer.

TC4056A is a complete single-cell lithium-ion battery constant current/constant voltage linear charger. Its ESOP8/DIP8 package with a heat sink on the bottom and a small number of external components make TC4056A an ideal choice for portable applications. TC4056A can work with USB power and adapter power. Due to the internal PMOSFET architecture and anti-reverse charging circuit, no external isolation diode is required. Thermal feedback can automatically adjust the charging current to limit the chip temperature under high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The charging voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charging current can be set externally through a resistor. When the charging current drops to 1/10 of the set value after reaching the final float voltage, TC4056A will automatically terminate the charging cycle. When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB power) is removed, TC4056A automatically enters a low current state to reduce the battery leakage current to less than 2uA. The TC4056A can also be placed in shutdown mode when powered, reducing the supply current to 55uA. Other features of the TC4056A include battery temperature detection, undervoltage lockout, automatic recharge, and two LED status pins for indicating charging and completion. II. Features
