The Correct Lipstick Production Process:
1. Combine the upper and lower part of the mold.
2. Heat the material in proportion to complete dissolution.
3. Pour the lipstick liquid into the mold hole, let stand for more than 30 minutes, you can put it in the refrigerator and the cooling effect is better (20 minutes).
4. After the lipstick becomes solid, clean the spilled lipstick, then gently remove the upper cover to ensure that the lipstick strip is removed from the lower mold without following the cover. (If the lipstick is not easily released from the mold, use a removal tool or other tool to gently press it.)
5. Rotate the lipstick tube to the top, press it against the lipstick strip, press it to the bottom and touch the mold and pull it up in parallel.

Moisturizing Lipstick Production:

4 grams of beeswax, 12 grams of olive oil, 1.25 grams of toner, vitamin E and so on. The ratio of the basic wax oil is controlled at 1:3. If it is not easy to demould, please replace the beeswax.
Special Note: When making, you must master the temperature, dosage and pre- and post-program. If the temperature is too low, it will produce horizontal stripes. If the temperature is too high, it may cause foaming, cracks or small holes. When making two-color lipstick, you need to pay attention to it.
Tip: When the weather is hot, if you make the lipstick at room temperature, it will be affected when demoulding. It is recommended to place it in the refrigerator for cooling.

Note:

1. Cleaning Step: Disassemble the mold, soak it with vegetable oil or kerosene for a day, then clean it with a soft cleaning solution and dry it for installation! If there are still black blocks during use, re-clean or use the test lipstick for a few more times until there are no black blocks.
2. Do not scrub with hard objects or steel balls! Be careful when cleaning the cavity of the mold to avoid scratching your hands!
3. After use, wipe and seal with vegetable oil. Try to avoid washing many times. Place it in a dry and ventilated place. It can be oiled and maintained. It should not be boiled. Do not cook in a pan. Do not heat sterilization.

4. Correct mold maintenance method: After the mold is taken, first soak it with cosmetic white oil or olive oil, then wipe the mold with a cotton swab to keep the mold dry. Be sure to wipe it with a cotton swab or dry it with oil. Because the friction easily makes the mold black. When the mold is cleaned, if excessive force is applied, friction is generated, and finally the mold becomes black. When cleaning, be careful not to use water and any mold cleaning agent, and also damage the surface aluminum, resulting in damage to the mold and service life.
