1.Air and Liquid should be clean no impurities.
2.Use the liquid viscosity less or at 68cSt.(Please contact us if you need for high viscosity liquid,we will give you solution)
3.Do not use corrosive liquid.(or you can choose our SS316 material sprayer)
4.This is a siphonic effect product,so the first essential condition is a steady compressed air supply (at least 0.1Mpa) and enough flow rate.Othewise,it can not work. (Normally,liquid supply no need pressure)
5.The atomized particles are nano-sized,if you need to increase the particle size(such as for sparying stamping oil),please contact us for solution.
